2017-2018 RETURNING STUDENT ENROLLMENT
As we look ahead to next school year, some changes are in effect. In an effort to make the re-enrollment process more streamlined for you and our office, we are transitioning to an "assumptive enrollment." What's that mean? That is , we are assuming your student will be enrolled again with us for next school year unless you tell us otherwise. Therefore, we are requesting much less paperwork from you. Your signature on one brief form is all that may be needed. By way of further explanation, please note the following:
1) Please complete the form below either online or by printing and returning to the school office. The form asks about any recent changes with your student's health, any changes you would request with your tuition billing, and any changes with your family's contact information.
2) We will NOT be collecting a technology & enrollment fee up-front (unless you tell us otherwise). Rather, we will include that fee with your payments to SMART tuition. Payments to SMART will be established to run
12 months - July to June. The advantages to such a process are:
a) No "double-billing" with having to pay registration fees in the same month as tuition. Up until now, registration fees were due in May while most are still paying tuition.
3) Families will still have the option to pay tuition in full by July 15th in order to receive the 2% pre-pay discount. Otherwise, all families will be submitting payments through SMART.
4) For those families who have been (or may be) awarded financial aid
in 2017-2018, only the enrollment & technology fee will be collected in July. Then, payments for August through June will be adjusted once financial aid (if awarded) is calculated.
As always, if you have any questions about this process, please call our
office (607-739-3619) or send us an email. We’ll be glad to help.
